Welcome to Northlake Christian School!

Northlake Christian School is a private, non-denominational, non-profit Christian school that exists to assist the Christian community in providing a Christ-centered environment in which faith can be integrated with learning to offer a college prep education to students from infants through twelfth grade. Northlake also has a robust Homeschool Partnership Program that has proven to be a great partnership between local homeschool co-ops and our Northlake community.

Application Process for Early Learning Center: Infants - 3year olds

  • Create an Online application account by selecting Create an Account from the menu above.

  • Login to your new account and choose Create a New Student Application

  • Submit your application with your $25 non-refundable application fee. You will be contacted about availability shortly after the completed application is submitted.

  • Once accepted, you will need to submit Birth Certificate and Shot Record and pay the $300 enrollment fee.

Application Process for Pre-K 4 - 12th Grade (And HOMESCHOOL PARTNERSHIP [HSP])

  • Create an Online application account by selecting Create an Account from the menu above.

  • Login to your new account and choose Create a New Student Application.

    • (If you are applying for the Homeschool Partnership, please select the grade level [with Homeschool next to it] and you will see the Homeschool Application for grades 7th - 12th)

  • You will need the following supplemental documents: 

    • ACADEMIC RECORDS

      • Up-to-date grades from current year (1st Grade Only)

      • Grades from previous year and up-to-date grades from current year (Grades 2nd - 11th)

      • Most recent standardized test scores (Grades 1st - 11th) such as ERB, Stanford, LEAP, ACT Aspire, PARCC, TerraNova

      • 10th and 11th grade applicants should submit their most recent ACT score, if available.

      • Please note that as a general rule, NCS does not accept incoming seniors, with the rare exception due to extenuating circumstances.

    • RECOMMENDATION FORMS (not HSP students)

      • KINDERGARTEN - Current PK Teacher will complete referral online, so please have their email address available. 

      • 1st-11th GRADE APPLICANTS:  Recommendations are emailed directly to the following, so please have their email addresses available.

        • Spiritual Reference (Pastor, Youth Pastor or other Adult Non-Family member who knows the applicant well enough to complete a recommendation)

        • Academic Recommendation (Principal, School Counselor, Assistant Principal, Teacher, etc, that who knows the applicant well enough to complete a recommendation)

        • Character Reference (family friend or someone that can speak to the applicants character)

    • QUESTIONNAIRES

      • STUDENT QUESTIONNAIRE - 5th-11th grade applicants will complete a student questionaire. This should be completed by the student (not the parent.)

      • PARENT QUESTIONNAIRE - Parents will complete a questionaire about their students during the application process.

  • SUBMIT APPLICATION FEE

    • A non-refundable fee of $25 for Early Learning Center applicants must be submitted with each application. 

    • A non-refundable fee of $125 for Kindergarten - 12th Grades must be submitted with each application. 

    • Once we receive your completed application, we will contact you to set up your entrance test.
